May Trip #7 - Four Corners

Today was a travel day. Lots of open space.
I think I'm going to do a photo series sometime titled:
"Views through a dirty windshield."

Four Corners
New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah

Four Corners Monument is a Navajo Tribal Park.
They have a nice plaza. There are vendor stands. The only thing we would have liked to find was a Navajo Taco Truck.

We both got the obligatory photo taken standing in four states. I think Dean is really only in New Mexico. The was his first time here. I had been here a long time ago. Need to find that photo. Dean added to his states visited list. He had never been to Colorado or New Mexico (except the airport).

Just in case you were wondering.
This is the trash can.

Back on the road. . . . .

More driving but some interesting formations are starting to pop up.

Our campsite for the night had a front row view of Monument Valley. Of course KOA strategically placed signs in the view.

View from the other side of the camp was equally impressive.

Good Night!
